These steps really last a long time. They are safe for my kids to get in and out of the pool. They were easy to put together and work great! They do take up a lot of room but are sturdy.

Ok steps they didn’t stay down in the water had to weigh them down in the front. Good value for the money, fit perfectly, good quality but thought they had more slots in the sides for the water to flow through. They are steeper than my previous steps but for the price they are good!

They are fairly simple to assemble, they look great, and work perfect. It will take multiple people to assemble, fill with sand, and get in the pool. But once it’s done, it’s amazing. Couldn’t ask for better.

I needed to get another above ground pool ladder so we tried this one.The instructions were not good and detailed. When I finally got it together and filled with sand and water,even after securing it down to the pool,it still wouldn't stay down.I went ahead and used it then in 2 weeks a large piece from the bottom of the ladder that keeps anyone from going under it came off.The company credited me 50 dollars.I accepted that till more parts came loose and floated to the top and then I asked for a refund.The company asked for pictures and videos.I sent everything. I got a big run around. I just now got the rest of my money from Amazon.Third party with Amazon stinks when you buy major items such as this.Nomore! I will purchase these type of products through Walmart or places in town.Amazin is great for clothes, shoes,and things in your home etc.Don't buy large items such as this from 3rd party from Amazon.

Im unsure why many product do not have written instructions but instead diagrams. This is not straight forward.Had difficulty placing handles in stairs after sand was put in stairs. We had to empty a lot of the sand to get the handles in- defeating the purpose of the sand.That being said, they are sturdy enough for getting in and out of our pool.

I love these pool steps! So rasy to assemble and install, even a 54 yr old fat near-sided grandma can do it. It makes entering and exiting my above ground pool a dream. It looks so elegant and I feel so fancy walking into my pool. Best steps ever.
