I absolutely love this fountain, only the sound of water falling, no battery noise, and the height this can go to, just wonderful! A bit difficult understanding installation instructions, but after reviewing the parts and which would work with my pool, installation went smoothly. However, I have a salt generator chlorine system, and attaching this fountain to one of my 2 returns caused "no flow" error and shut my salt generator down. Now I have a perfectly wonderful fountain and can't use it :(

This product is awful! The directions are all over the place And I could not get it to tighten up when I put it in the inlet of my pool!!! No easy solutions it was horrible! Would not recommend buying this product!!!!

Never got this to work. I had to go out and buy a converter to connect to my pool and when I finally got it to stay in there wasn't enough pressure to look like an actual fountain. If I shut off all the other valves it would become a fountain, but would compromise the rest of my pool by all the pressure buildup. Unfortunately I bought two of these and they're just sitting in the Box now.

Fountain works great with my variable pool pump. I can adjust the height of the fountain through the app I have with the pool pump.Things that need improvement:There is no valve on the linkage coming out of the side of the pool into the tube connected to the fountain. As such, it makes it hard to clean the pool as the pump needs to run and the fountain is on, thus you can’t see what you are doing in the bottom of the pool when vacuuming. It would be nice to have a simple valve to tun off the fountain and have the pool pump still running.The plastic clamps are too weak to hold the tubes on either end. I ended up using some stainless steel clamps to hold the tube. If you do this, don’t tighten too much.All in all great product and people really like it.

We bought for our 20 x 40 oval pool and it is stunning to watch. Assembled easily and my 4 year old help hook it up! It’s nice for the price as well.

The first time using the fountain, I had a rip in the seam of the hose. I contacted the company and they replaced the hose. It happens sometimes, dont we wish everything could always be perfect? Im giving them 5 stars for the fast and friendly customer service. The fountain works great and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
