So obviously from the title I live in a manufactured home and it has hard water. One night I was reading about how hard water is hard on your hair and skin. Then I got to thinking ummmm.... excuse me, I have dry fried AF looking hair and skin so dry you'd think I just got plucked from the desert after 5 years. The amount of lotion waisted bc it just never felt like it was working.So I got on Amazon and got to looking. Then boom found this and was like yeah I need 2 and both have to be movable and easy to install.... I am not a plumber. But yeah Easy to install instructions with pictures. DIAGRAM BABY!!! FTW!!!Now let me explain a little something. I had cystic acne on my body that I had to get medication for. I have deep stretch marks bc I'm a little chubby. Just in the past 2 weeks I have noticed a difference in my hair texture, my skin dryness, my lotion actually working, my acne and scars and stretch marks getting lighter fading and going away.I think this was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I love the feel the water head may not adjust pressures and stuff but it does feel good. Plus there's extra parts in the box and SHOWER CAPS!!!I know what your thinking "Shower Caps Whoopdedooo I don't care about those." Well let's look at it this way they actually gave you something extra and extra pieces for their product. (Like hello BB we're talking o rings and replacement plates and PLIERS you know literally everything you need including the tape). Not anything random mind you but something that fits in the same theme of your purchase. But yes for me it was a life saver bc I also bleach my hair and this had made a huge difference over the feel of my hair and it was indeed worth it and I would definitely but again or buy it as a gift for anyone I know that needs one.

I think value for the money is good however I only just installed it so we will see how it holds up over time. Installation was a bit tricky. Go to the website to see the videos, use the instructions provided. There was one step that was not included anywhere in the videos or the instructions. That was the step to use the small allen key provided to properly line things up at the very end of installation. Its hard to even describe so it should be included in the videos to provide a good understanding. Lots of threads connecting the various parts so make sure you used the plumbers tape properly. So I was able to install with no leaks.

We just upgraded from the 15 stage to the 20 stage with the hand held showerhead and this is the best I've felt after a shower in a long time. We loved the 15 stage as it took out the chloramine (not many do) but with the added stages for vitamin a and e our skin feels so soft afterwards! I wish I could make every tap like this!

Hi bought shower head few months back broke in half .. Can I return and order another type of shower head this one can’t be fixed
