I bought some cheap $40 ukelele on amazon years ago. It always sounded clunky and hollow, like a toy. I got these real strings to give them a try and see if it would help improve, and now that same ukelele plays like a real instrument! More like my expensive classical guitar. Truly changed the quality of the instrument, worth every penny.

Great strings ! I replaced my old strings with these and it was like night and day. I had to retune them constantly at first (which to me is normal) and then bam ! I would gladly buy these again. These are not wet noodles like other uke strings but don't kill your fingers either. Great purchase

Just got this from a second hand store and it was ok. Ok that is until I put these strings on it, WOW! Cannot say how much of a difference it made on this cheap Uke. Sure it doesn't compare to the Kanelea K2 I wish I'd never sold, but after putting these strings on I simply can't seam to put it down! Night recommend these.. !

My new Ukulele's low C was muddy. I purchased these to improve the sound and the result was excellent. I only changed the C but the rest are ready for when one of the originals breaks.

made such a difference from the strings that came with my uke. The strings fit my concert uke perfectly and had minimal stretching. Great but!

I was having trouble with my new banjo uke. It just would not stay in tune. Upon the advice of a knowledgeable friend I changed the strings. I chose Aquila AQ-7s. What a difference! Now my axe stays in tune with very little adjustment needed. I love these strings!

I've just bought a new uke and changed the strings to Aquila New Nylguts. I have tried diffrent strings but prefer the sound and feel of these.

After purchasing a cheap ukulele to learn on I started to become irritated at the “tangy†sound it made but not fully wanting to purchase a better quality ukulele just yet, I decided to upgrade the strings it came with to these ones and it made a world of a difference! Although my cheap ukulele doesn’t sound quite as warm and elegant as a better quality instrument it improved the sound quality immensely! I put the strings on myself after watching a few YouTube videos on the process and in an hour I had basically a brand new instrument! Very happy!
