Although I was missing a bolt and had to go purchase one, this is still a nice product for the price. Easy to assemble. But I will need concrete to install

This mailbox is so incredibly simple to put together. The only tool you’d need is your hands, screwdriver, and maybe a small wrench or pair of thick pliers to tighten things up a little. The hardest part is screwing in the plastic covering at the base, which wasn’t all that hard, you just have to bend down well to see what you’re doing. I was worried the plastic would be a different brown color than the mailbox in the sun, but they match exactly. We got some nice 2†brushed gold vinyl stickers and put them on the side for our house number, and we put some tan colored stones around the bottom. We also filled the steel post with cement to really solidify the thing, and it looks great. Our neighbor (who was also replacing his mailbox—drunk driver) even commented on how great it looked and that it would be a shame for an expensive mailbox to be hit again. When we told him it was less than $100, he was surprised. With the vinyl stickers, cement, post level, and stone for around the bottom, the whole project cost ~$130. The top is a little loose, but that’s because I likely didn’t hand tighten enough. The post itself is very sturdy, and the mailbox is much bigger than we expected. Very satisfied.

The bronze is a beautiful deep brown color. This was my first time concreting something, and it went smoothly. It opens and closes easily and has a large capacity. I ordered 2.75 inch numbers from Amazon, and they fit very well. Highly recommend!

Love our new mailbox. It has really nice curb appeal. Easy to install where previous mailbox was. When unpacking remember to check mailbox for decorative bottom part lol.
