I'm not the one to use this, but it seems to work well, and my Colombian wife uses it almost daily, and she seems to love it. It's so simple to use, I don't think the rating for ease of use makes much sense with the design being so simple, but I'll leave off the cleaning and timer ratings since I'm not privy to that part.I guess the upshot is, this works fine, can be used just about daily and it has held up ok for a couple of months so far, so this seems like good bang for the buck in rice cookers, if the size is right for you.

I have used this pot many times. It is very handy, and easy to use. What's nice is you can put the rice in it with the water, and you don't have to keep an eye on it, and if you put enough water in it the rice does not stick to the pot. Very pleased with item.

Directions was easy. I had a large event and I needed alot of rice. I use this cooker but had to throw out rice. It was all sticky and gummy Attempted to make several batches. None worked.

Es un buen producto, además es sumamente fácil de usar, solo agregas las tazas de arroz crudo con el medidor que contiene y luego agregas agua hasta la lÃnea que corresponda a las tazas que pusiste, tapas y jalas el interruptor.En cuanto a qué tan sucio queda al final, puedes ver en la foto que al final no fue tanto el reguero que hace, es digamos "normal" considerando que realmente ningúna olla o arrocera terminará inmaculada luego de cocinar algo en ella.Ahora, lo más importante: el arroz queda en su punto, no sé bate ni está crudo, tiene buen sabor y consistencia.Creo que es una buena opción cuando no quieres estar revisando la olla en la estufa o cuando tienes que salir por ejemplo a la tienda o a dejar a los niños y cocinar, para cuando regreses comerlo pronto. No creo que tampoco sea un electrodoméstico que soporte estar calentando el arroz por más de una hora luego de haberlo cocinado y mucho menos el dÃa completo (por si lo estabas pensando, no lo hagas, es para flojos pero no extremos).En cocinar 2 tazas de arroz crudo (180ml c/u) tardó unos 20-25 minutos y puede mantener el arroz caliente cuando termina, solita bota el interruptor y pasa a solo calentar.

La compramos para la casa y a mi esposo le encanto la arrocera, le gusta mucho el arroz como acompañamiento de comida y el poder preparar su propio arroz, mientras yo estoy en la oficina le gusto mucho. :)tiene el tamaño perfecto para las porciones de 2 personas.
