Your cart is empty.Far superior to any other main bolt kit offered for use in competition engines, ARP's High Performance Series main bolts are designed to meet the exacting standards and demands of professional engine builders. Forged from 8740 chrome moly, these bolts feature generous under-head radius and rolled threads for the utmost reliability. The threads are rolled after heat-treating, so their fatigue life is about 1000% longer than most main bolts that are threaded prior to heat-treating. With a nominal rating of 180,000 psi, these bolts are a premium replacement for OEM fasteners, and the kit comes complete with parallel-ground and hardened washers.

Just what I was looking for. I am converting a front sump ford 302 to a rear sump and needed a main bolt with a stud to mount the pickup .

I couldn't generate enough force to even break the rear main cap bolts loose ,laying on my back with the y pipe in my face, so I didn't use them. The new bolts look great, packaged very professionally, coated in cosmoline, and exactly like OEM. (I've seen others besides the ones in my truck.) I will keep them anyway.

Of course it’s good, it’s ARP. Never once had an issue with any of their products.

I've used ARP hardware in my engine builds for over 10 years, and it has yet to let me down.Stay away from the wave-loc product unless you want more headaches than the additional supposed value they represent. The traditional product still performs well!
