Hayward owns the Poolvergnuegen. The Pool Cleaner" models had since been resold as the Hayward Aquanaut and Hayward Phoenix models. These tires are interchangeable between select pool cleaner models of the two brands. This specific design, OEM 896584000-143, fits 2-wheel pool cleaner models as wheel as the front wheels of 4-wheel units.

No, not OEM (well, not name branded OEM anyway), but good enough for the price because you know you're gonna have to replace them every other season anyway. They seem to fit well and do the job, so no complaints.

I have ordered these multiple times. They do the job well.I have a Pebble Tec finish in my pool and it is not kind to soft materials and rubber compinents, and my pool crawler vacuum rubber wheels wear out consistently.I know when its time to replace them because the large nub that causes the wheel to “lift†and help it get unstuck, will wear down to the point that my crawler will get stuck on the bottom filter intake raised covers.Name brand replacement products are ridiculously priced so i bought these generic replacements. They did the job perfectly. The material is good, one set of wheels will last the entire swim season, and easy to install. It takes about 30 seconds per wheel to replace these wheel treads.Important point to remember is to install these so the nubs on the left and right side are opposite orientation of each other to create the right movement to prevent your crawler getting stuck. I.e. One nub is at the 12 o’clock position and the other is at the 6 o’clock position.Highly recommend this product.

So they fit perfectly and work however they just don’t last as long as the originals. They also don’t have the line that marks the replacement notice on the hump but not a deal breaker. But they definitely don’t last long. I am replacing after three months. On the second set already. So at this rate the two they give last as long as the one original factory set I had. However the price is still better so as long as you don’t mind changing them more often I still think they beat the price of the originals. They are super easy to change. No tools required for the two wheeled one. Just bend them off the tracks and toss. Unless I find a better price on the factory ones these will do. They did also fade more and feel more gummy after the three months than factory ones after six months. Must be a softer material.

Exact fit - super simple to installOne tends to forget how tall the tire lugs are when new.I think this is my fourth season on the cleaner, and the original tires were sticky/gooey and very worn.I'd rotated them a couple of times, to even out the wear that comes from riding in the pool bottom corners.Now that I've replaced them, I see value in replacing at least every other year, if not yearly.Cleaner moves quicker and climbs walls much better with fresh tires.

Fit front wheels perfect. Cut off high drain for rear wheels. I can notice substantially improved performance and movement since changing the wheels. I should’ve done this a long time ago!

They fit perfect in my pool vacuum cleaner since it’s been doing burnouts and wearing out the tires in the pool because I cranked my pool pump up to 11
