This was so well put back together I thought it was a Brand NEW one ! Even had the inserts in the box !Plugged it in, powered it up & working within 1/2 hour of receiving it !Note; You HAVE to call Spectrum to add your own modem, can't self install without calling, they need the MAC address to Authorize it on their system, took 10 minutes.Latency, Jitter improved & Buffer-Bloat caused by the old device went away ! Thx !

Recently, i upgraded my service with xfinity to up to 1.2gbit/sec and was prompted that my cable modem doesn't support this speed. i looked on xfinity for a replacement cable modem and stumbled upon the arris s33. price was right so i made the purchase.install was a breeze through the xfinity app. all seem to work well until i start getting slower speeds. it's continued to get slower and slower.did not do any additional troubleshooting and decided to just return this. not worth my troubles.......maybe my replacement will be another motorola version.

I have XFinity GB service in the Denver area and able to get about 1.3GB download with the 2.5G port. I haven't had any issues with drop out or latency.

Bought for my home Breezeline internet service. Installation was simple. Calling the internet provider was necessary, but after that I don't ever need to touch it. I've not had any issues with it. The blue light on it is not bright and doesn't light up the room at night which is helpful for me to sleep. It doesn't seem to get hot either like a lot of other modems.

It worked great while it lasted. It kept overheating and it stop functioning after about a month. Maybe it was a dud. I bought another used one locally and it's been a few months an still working.
