Works well and I had no issues with this. Customer Support is great and I like the fact that you have an app that you can use to control this and passwords and such. This covered my entire house without a Wi-Fi extender, unlike my previous product that needed a Wi-Fi extender in a smaller house.

I had no problem replacing Xfinity modem/router with this modem and use EERO router to save $15/month rental fee. I did not even need to contact Xfinity, following instructions DIYI found on Google.

This is a used item with a two year out of date warranty.I believed it was a new item when I bought it.
