This was plain white as expected and a soft cotton. It was perfect for tie dye and held the color well. My daughter loved the pockets and it fit her well. Size 6 for a 6 year old who wears size 6 in clothing. The fabric has a nice thickness and is not at all sheer or see-through.

I sized up because we like dresses below knee. My girls LOVE them and immediately had to twirl and dance for quite a while. Even with sizing up they don’t look large. They are see through but I expected that with white. We bought these for a tie-dye project so it’s non issue for us. I can update later when we do our project. My 8 year old is wearing 10, 6 year old is wearing 7/8, and 4 year old is wearing 5/6. They seem well made and the fabric feels nice. Good value for the price!

Orderd for our family photos and it’s perfect! Absolutely love it! It fits perfect and is so vibrant but go by sizing my daughter is 5 years old but she usually wears size 8 but she’s is 4ft5inches and 65lbs so I got the next size up and I’m so glad I did
