I will say that in a pinch that this is an adequate art bag; however, it is flimsy and I feel it is overpriced. It does what it says, though, as a portfolio. More student grade, bear that in mind.

This art portfolio bag has been a lifesaver for transporting my artwork! The size is perfect for most of my pieces, and the zipper closure keeps everything secure. I love the mesh pocket for organizing smaller items. The handle makes it easy to carry, and the overall construction feels sturdy. My only suggestion would be to add some extra padding for more protection. Still, it's a great solution for artists on the go!

This is a great quality portfolio for the price. It’s a lightweight, flexible plastic with reinforced stitched edging. The handles aren’t extremely sturdy, but I haven’t had any issues with them, even with heavier items in the portfolio.I like the design a lot. It’s a very simple design, and the semi-translucent black looks really good.The size is perfect for most of my artwork. I tend to work in smaller sizes, and my artwork prints tend to be around 11x17, so this is great for carrying either originals or for prints.Overall, I like it a lot, and I’d recommend it.

My need for this portfolio is a bit odd. I like to draw on my dining room table and have a bad habit of leaving all my papers strewn about on the table. It makes it hard to clean up when I need to use the table for actual dining, lol. I also have a problem with my cat “signing†my artwork with her dirty little paws.I’ve been using the portfolio to put away my drawings after every session and store them until next time. Other reviewers mentioned how there’s nothing really to hold papers stationary so that your media doesn’t get smeared, but because I’m not moving it far, I don’t have that problem.Holds a fair amount, zips up easy, and my cat doesn’t co-sign my stuff anymore.

I ordered this to protect work that I pay a calligrapher to do on a regular basis. The artwork I put inside was stained by some sort of grease from the fabric and ruined. The surface I set it on was also stained. I am livid.
