I got this car for my nephew for Christmas & he loved it! It drives on its own and when it bumps into furniture it simply redirects to another direction. It is very colorful and the gears inside move which I think is pretty cool. I believe they also have numbers and/or letters on them. Additionally, the sound option is separate, and you can have just the lights on for some quiet playtime. I think it was a worthwhile purchase.

I purchased this for my 3 year old grandson who loves anything with wheels, lights and sounds. This car doesn’t disappoint! He was all smiles from the minute we took it out of the box! The car has weight and substance to it. It’s not cheap or easily breakable plastic. I like that it came with batteries. The clear body allows you to see the gears moving and the lights are wonderful! The music is loud and can’t be turned down or turned off but it’s a catchy tune so it wasn’t a problem. The car doesn’t move very fast but I love that it backs itself up or changes direction on its own when it encounters a wall or other obstacles. Well worth the price!

The toy is very fun. Lights up, drives around, plays music. All of those things are great but it is VERY loud. While this is a great sensory toy (and claims to be- not just imo), I don’t think the creators took into account that on the other side of sensory seeking is sensory overload. Again, my kid loves it tons of fun but for a person who is sensitive to sound, it’s a lot. The volume is only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star.

I got this for my 3 and a half year old son on the spectrum. I was sure he would love it and I was right. It has sounds and lights with spinning. WIN WIN WIN! He sat for 30 minutes watching this thing work. Unusual for him, but he loves it. Neat toy for all kids around that age too though.

This car exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy, bright, moves without getting stuck and its 4 year old owner is enthralled. The music is very nice, a pleasant change from most toys but there is no off or volume control switch for just the sound and it is a little louder than I'd like, but not too bad. We will definitely be giving a few of these as gifts in the near future.

I brought this to work with my speech patients and they all thought it was cool. I like the way it can drive around the table and most of the time it reverses before it falls off. The little multi colored gears are fascinating . Drawback: the music, while fun initially, gets really grating listening to it all day and there’s no way to turn it down. It was too loud for a few of my sound-sensitive patients, and me too after listening to it for an hour or so. Overall : good value for the money. Oh and I brought it home for my dogs to see it. It scared my Pittie and my two Shih Tzus kept barking at it. My GSD Border Collie mix thought it was fun though!

This car is fun to watch as it drives around the floor spinning gears and flashing lights. It doesn't do well on tile, at least not ours; it keeps getting stuck in the the grout lines. It does well on low carpet and wood floors and is great at turning around when it hits an obstacle. The major issue I have is that it only plays one song and it's very loud. I taped over the speaker to lessen the volume but it's still loud. You can run it with just the lights, but once my grandson figured out how the switch works he kept turning the sound on. Now the car only comes out to play on special occasions, it's just too loud to listen to for long periods of time.
