We decided to have a beef fondue dinner for New Year's Eve, but our daughter was ill. Tried again the next week. What fun! Plates were perfect for our 3 homemade sauces, toasted garlic bread, beef, with sauteed green beans & cherry tomatoes. I had been looking for Plates like these for several years. PERFECT

Huge fondue family. Been doing it on Christmas eve for close to 3 decades. It's slow, it facilitates great conversation and it has just the right amount of excitement sprinkled in. Great tradition if you're looking for one!We're always in need of more plates as the family continues to grow. Picked these up to add to the 12 plates we have in rotation. The subdivisions are just the right size to separate your cooked and uncooked morsels. Or, better yet, segment by sauce and leave the raw meat in the serving bowls.Medium size overall, so they won't overwhelm a smaller table.The finish was flawless on 3 of the 4 plates. One had just a tiny unfinished burr on the bottom that I had to knock off with a screw driver. Otherwise, very happy.If you handwash and use them on special occasions only, no doubt you'll be passing them on to the next generation someday!

I think these are some really nice plates. they are sturdy and the lips are high enough to ensure food spillage doesnt occur.NOW the one thing i would like to say to the owner of this company....i think you would make millions over night it this plate was marketed to those people who dont like their food touching. apparently its a huge amount of people who have this issue. This is an amazing idea and i wish you the best of luck on your amazing product!

I got these to use for watercolor primarily as a mixing plate/palette (ceramic is better than plastic ones, though heavier). I really only need one for that, unless it breaks so I'll be using the others for food!These are really made well, and also protected well for their journey to me. The color is an off white cream color (any shade of white or off white is great for accurate color mixing) and look really nice for whatever you are using these for. The glaze on the top of some of them do have some bumps or raised areas but these are minimal and not enough for me to decrease my rating.These are a really good value, as looking at similar divided ceramic plates most appear to be more expensive with regard to rough overall cost unless you are getting much thinner and less heavy plates (or you get fewer plates of course). These are made well, clean up easily, are dishwasher & microwavable safe, and heavy duty as they're made of thick ceramic. Highly recommended!
