I have purchased EIGHT of these frames, it was so nice because we can send photos to everyone at once, purchased this year and now they have a completely different app to upload photos! 😑 frustrating because now I will have to open a new app to send photos to the newest frame. I wish I could go back to the old app that all the other frames are on

I gave this to my Mom for her birthday just 4 months ago so we could send her pics of her 1st great grandchild. It went dead and she has begged me to come try and fix it as she got use to seeing and hearing him everyday. I unplugged like you should. I reset but it would never take. Very disappointingUPDATE: contacted seller and they are making it good and replacing. This is not only one I’ve purchased. Gave several for Christmas gifts and so far my Moms is the only one that went dead. We have enjoyed sharing pics as a family on this frame.UPDATE: seller was great. Responded quickly. A replacement is on the way.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my parents. They loved it!! The screen is huge and the pictures are very clear. You download the Frameo app, add a bunch of pictures, and the app will connect to the Frame and rotate through the pictures. You can also share a code with other people, so other people can add pictures to the frame from anywhere. It is easy to use once you get the app figured out. It comes with east to follow instructions for those that struggle with new technology. Highly recommend!!!!

Pros: beautiful display, very useful touchscreenCons: it does not matter that the display is beautiful if it refuses to restart after moving it to a different room. And yes, I turned it off properly by pressing the off button and unplugging it after it turned black. I have actually done this done this more than once, moving it to a different area to continue loading it. Each time I had a long struggle to get it to restart. I bought this just over a month ago as a birthday gift for a close relative. I finally finished loading it with lots of old family photos. The birthday is tomorrow. I plugged it in to watch the results of all my hard work and it absolutely refuses to restart this time. I am past the 30 day return window. This product has been a total waste of money and effort, and what do I do for a birthday present now? I guess it is obvious how furious I am. Do not buy this frame. If Arzopa has a fix for this I will gladly retract my complaint.UPDATE: The seller allowed me to return the frame to them and replaced it with a new one. This new frame works perfectly and I am very pleased with both the frame and the prompt response to my problems!

Amazing technology. Great size frame allowing for a good display even across a room. The unit can be set to turn off at night and start again in the morning at user defined times.Loading photos is easy, and you can even send them directly from your phone via WiFi, or even someone else's phone if you grant that person temporary access.Would but another one if these without hesitation. Definitely recommend this product

The device is not easy to use and I'm returning it. It's just not worth the cost or the headache. Without a subscription, the app is basically useless. Uploading pictures should be so much easier, but it's not. You need to upload one by one, scrolling through all photos on your phone or through some folders like favorites but it will absolutely not allow me to link to a custom folder created for the frame. I've already wasted too many hours on this. Rebooting takes forever and leaves you on a warning screen for too long. It also has a warning not to unplug while in use. Given that we face power outages frequently here, it just seems like it's going to fail given it had trouble rebooting when it was shut down properly. It's too bad, it seems like it could have been a promising product and it seems like in 2024 we should be able to find something that works better than this, but it seems that everything needs a monthly subscription to work properly these days, despite the high up front cost. Considering that I got this on sale with $50 off, and am still returning it, it's a strong pass at full price.
