Used to measure movement of a vibrator motor. Very accurate when comparing to our original method of measurement. I much prefer having a separate replaceable probe to take the measurements rather than a one piece unit. Feel like over time it will last longer.

I understand that the unit has displacement, velocity, and acceleration in units of mm, mm/s, and mm/s^2.But I do not understand what the number means:- is it RMS value?- is it peak value?- is it peak-to-peak value?Instrument is useless without these clear definitions which are not in the manual or on the amazon site.
