The wall is so fabulous on this hat that it is not at all itchy when it touches my skinI have used it many times in my infrared sauna and it has no smell and it keeps my head and hair, cool and safe

My husband and I were new to traditional outdoor sauna. We signed up for a sauna in the park in our neighborhood. Unlike a health club, the sauna was between 190 and 200°. This hat was a game changer. It allowed us to stay in the sauna longer and reap the benefits. This particular sauna hat is well-made, comfortable, and fun looking.

The hat dissolves in water. Can't be used in a sauna as it covers you in fuzz as it falls apart. A total waste of money.

You may get stared at in a public sauna in the US, but these are quite common in eastern European saunas. If you are bald or have thin hair, this actually keeps your head cooler in a hot sauna while the rest of your body heats up. It's pressed wool, so hand wash and hang dry.

I never liked or felt the need to use saunas. However, my health changed, and after learning about the numerous health benefits of saunas, I decided to give them a try. Staying in the sauna long enough to reap those benefits was challenging and required a lot of practice. I read that wearing a sauna hat could help, so I bought one and gave it a try. I was really surprised by how much it helped me stay in the sauna for longer periods. I highly recommend using hats specifically designed for saunas. I had previously tried winter hats, my shirt, and a towel, which offered some help, but this sauna hat made a noticeable difference. This is good quality and works as described.
