Front rail attachment Since 2014 all Ass Savers attach to the front saddle rails only, ahead of the seat post attachment. The advantage with this solution is that saddles are more uniform in this area and we can therefore provide a proper fit to a much wider range of saddles. Attaching only to the front rails makes the Ass Saver self centering. If you accidentally kick it without noticing, it will strive to regain it's centered position. This is one of the key innovations in saddle mudguard technology and is therefore protected under a pending patent No. SE PRV 1750201-4

FLIP-TIP Using origami principles, the patent pending FLIP-TIP technology allows you to securely fasten the Ass Saver to the saddle with a simple flip of the tip, just like a cycling cap. To unlock, just flip the tip back down and pull backwards. Carbon rails The FLIP-TIP technology is fully compatible with all types of carbon saddle rails.

Saddle bag compatibility The new Ass Saver is a lot easier to install with a saddle bag than previous models. While we can't a perfect fit with all saddle bags, great improvements have been made with considerably less interference as a result.

Pre-folding The secret to transforming a flat piece of plastic into a functioning product lies in pre-folding prior to use. All the scoring lines have been carefully engineered to achieve locking mechanisms, self-centering abilities, spring loading, and material endurance. Please take the time to properly read the instructions/see the instruction video to ensure the best performance.

I've used an earlier model-version of this product and it lasted for Years - this one is sturdier and I expect sturdier performance and endurance... Really keeps my butt dry in adverse conditions...

The Ass Saver does what its intended to. I bought this due to a rainy upcoming road bike race. It was easy to install, following the video directions from Amazon. It appears to be made of a durable flexible plastic. It did keep my back area dry from spray up from the wet road.

After watching the video, easy to install. my kid is happy. However, my other bike has a rubber one that is more heavy duty and a lot wider and longer. not sure I recommend this for all bikes and uses, is more light duty

Fits poorly if your saddle is not centered over the post. It needs room ahead of the post to fit as intended in their video. Check that out before you buy. If I can't modify, I'll return it.

It doesn't rain very often in Los Angeles, so I have no need for a bike with full fenders. However, about once or twice a year, I get caught on a ride where it is dry when I start and the rain comes halfway through. This little fender keeps the spray off my butt and back enough to allow me to get home reasonably comfortable.It is not going to be a permanent solution if you live in wet climates nor is it a replacement for a proper fender...so if that is what you need or are looking for, you will be disappointed. It is not intended to last a lifetime either...but it should last me a season where I live. Lastly, it doesn't fit every saddle well or securely...fortunately it works fine with mine.

Simple installation and seems like it is long enough to keep the mess off your butt. Barely noticeable as it is pretty aero installed properly.

Took I bit of time figuring out how it supposed to be mounted. But it works just great. Protects my back side from getting splattered from rain or mud that gets kicked from my back tire.

I tried very hard to get this to fit on my Canyon grail but couldn't not find a way to have it stay on. It says universal fit but that might not be true

おじさんのイラストが面白くて買ってみた。取り付けは折り目をくっきり折り曲げてサドルレールにぶっ込めば良い。意外としっかりはまるので落ちないと思う。耐久性はまだわからない。はめる時にベタベタ触っていたら少し塗装がはげたから初めての人は別ので慣れておくといいかもしれない。せっかくのおじさんイラストだからはげたらもったいない。
