It is of nice build quality. Metal where the rol-loc disk threads in. Rubber seems nice and stuff but I chucked it up in a drill to check for wobble and it's got a bit. Not as bad as the one I got before from another brand but not straight either. Haven't used it yet cuz it's no better than the one I was replacing.

This holder worked like a charm, it its specifically for the 3M type 3 sanding discs, the screw in type.
