Should have bought one years ago. Works great for grinding down excess weld in tight spots and removing spot welds. I got the 3m purple belts, 36 grit, and makes the tool awesome. I have used it without issues so far on a B pillar outer skin replacement.

I got this tool when I started my production welding job I've put over 600+hours using this tool and I've never had a problem with it I would definitely recommend this tool for anyone looking for good quality and reliably.... comparing this to the competitor dynabrade this is lighter and in my less of the cost and it is easier to fit into small places

Having owned this handheld belt sander for almost 4 years now I can say this is a great tool to have on hand. I've used it for more projects than I ever expected to and for some work it's been indispensable. With this tool and 3M sandpaper you can tackle just about anything. I added a photo of a recent project to show how tight the workspace was and having to grind off a rivet head, no problem with this tool.

This was a gift from drunk me who thought i could make good use of it.Drunk me was right!I have found all sorts of handy uses for this tool, and there are MANY different grits of sanding belts.Originally i tried to remove some sealant on the roof of my motorhone with it.At first it worked fantastic, however the sealant worked itself into some rotating areas and gummed it up.Later i found i can sharpen tools using some fine grit belts to a razor sharp edge!I found its best use is just as a power file, using the many different belt options and it's quick and easy belt changes!

If you want to save a lot of time, definitely get yourself one of these! This has been a time saver for spot welds and smoothing things out! Belts definitely get expensive but its worth it

The file/sander is solidly built, comfortable to use, and does what it should. Belt changes take only a few seconds. It is loud, due to high RPM, wear hearing protection. Recommended.
