We needed a replacement mat for our tub. We had one that had the little suction cups like octopus tentacles and it was all just rubber all over and nothing unique about it. In fact, aside from sticking to the tub, the top aspect that you actually step on had minimal protection against slipping because it seemed like you could skip on the pad itself regardless. It also would pool water under it and water would sit under the little tentacles that would not always stick and it just got slippery and became more unsafe to use it than to just throw it out completely! So, we bought this one as a replacement. And let me just say, this bath mat exceeds our expectations. The quality exceeds the price point. It's superior and wonderful quality. For about 10 bucks, I got a mat that exceeded in quality my previous more expensive one, and it actually serves the purpose it was bought for. It also looks very nice in the bath (we got the grey color because we don't want various body washes or hair treatments some of us use to cause obvious and weird discolorations possibly on a white or beige one) and it also stands and doesn't move despite not having the little octopus suction cups that our previous one had like 30 of but failed to still maintain its place .... And it feels AMAZING and cushiony on your feet. As someone previously mentioned, you can almost use it to give your feet a gentle scrape and massage in the shower like you'd receive getting a pedicure.... Though I haven't used it for this purpose, i can see it serving this purpose as well. Overall, it feels like luxury quality, it stands in place, and it is so soft and drains well. If I did not know what I bought it for and someone asked me how much I thought this mat cost after trying it, I'd say it feels and looks like a 35-45 dollar bath mat you'd find at like bed, bath, and beyond or elsewhere. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, BUY IT, DON'T HESITATE. IT'S GREAT AND AT THIS PRICE POINT IT'S SUCH A STEAL!!I got the smallest one because I have a traditional tub and where I primarily stand to shower is a relatively small, confined space and I don't do splits in the tub or crazy moves where I needed it to cover from faucet to back wall of the tub lengthwise. So the smallest size was perfect size for me!I don't write many long reviews but I feel this product deserves it!

This surpassed my expectations. I never knew a mat would make such a difference!It doesn't slip/move, it is cushy to stand on. The water drains well and my shower flooreven stays cleaner. When finished, I roll it up and squeeze out the water before I hang it up.Do not skimp on the size even if the larger winds up costing more. WORTH IT!

Decent mat used it for 6 months. Molds quickly. It also constantly slides down and covers the drain. It cleans and scrubs feet nicely and is comfortable to stand on. overall, it was better than the standard cheap rubber ones other than it doesn't stay in place.

I was looking for a bath mat that would not slide around in my shower. I used to put down towels to stand on in there when I was taking a shower because if you got soap on the bottom of your feet anywhere you could slide and fall my slipped and fell once so I found this one. It was perfect. Got it extra long so it would cover the complete shower floor no matter how much water and soap you put on this it does not move or slide. I feel very secure in there now, knowing that I’m not going to fall, and my husband will not fall when you’re done showering rinse it off and hang it on the inside of your shower door to dry then put it back down on the floor for your next shower. I can recommend this to everyone if you want something secure to stand on as a nice cushion me feeling under your feet too.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with these mats. Didn’t know whether they’d be too rough on my feet, or secure on the shower floor. My concerns were quickly put to rest. The mats actually feel good on the soles of my feet — it’s sort of like walking on sand — and the mats stay put. They dry quickly and don’t leave marks on the shower floor. You’ll like these.

Best shower or bath mat ever! Being in my middle seventies, I'm sure this purchase could save many from falls or injuries. This would be the best gift you could ever give your parents or grandparents. It comes in many sizes and colors. It drains quickly and easily and is very affordable. Santa should know about this item for gift giving. He could deliver many on his sleigh since they are lightweight and compact!

This mat is super comfortable, soft and most importantly, it has not developed any type of mold due to being in the humidity. I bought the first one 5 months ago and it still looks like I had just put it in the shower.... No type of mold and perfect. I definitely recommend it 100 percent and I will buy it again.

Keeps me from slipping in the shower. But, I have to hang it up to dry every shower. If I don't the shower floor underneath it gets all moldy. I used the first one for a little over 6 months. The edges discolored and it got nasty looking. I bought a second one and it's not the same as the first. It's softer and easier to hang on the door handle for drying.

I’ve been researching a mat that would make this 75 yr. old woman feel safe in the shower, and this one is fantastic! We have a bathfitter insert and the floor of it is not smooth for safety sake but still makes me feel very unsure of my footing! I’ve researched many different mats and most of them you cannot use on a shower or tub floor that is not perfectly smooth. Look no more because this one stays in place, does not float, and makes me feel very safe. I also love the way it feels on my feet. I hang it over the shower door and it dries up beautifully. If I could give it more stars I would!

El piso de mi regadera es de mosaico, por lo tanto es un poco irregular. Nunca funcionaron los tapetes de ventosas. Hace dos años compré este tapete y funcionó a la perfección. Lo uso todos los dÃas y al terminar de bañarme lo dejo colgando de un toallero que puse en la regadera. Se seca en unas cuantas horas. No guarda olores no hongos. Hasta ahora lo voy a sustituir. Es suave al tacto y brinda mucha seguridad a una persona de 60 años como yo que tiene problemas con las rodillas y los tobillos.
