Assure you are purchasing the correct product. This product is good for the purpose it was designed but it is important to understand what that is. This is NOT a bump helmet. This is costume for paintball and not anything more.The thickness of the plastic and the flexibility under slight pressure will not protect you from any impact. No suspension system either. For that purpose It is well manufactured, looks good and is very light weight. I would not trust this to any significant weight on the NVG mount. A GoPro should be ok. It also wasn't not very comfortable. It does include extra pads.I would recommend the same companies product in ABS plastic model with is roughly .25" thick is you want some light impact resistance. It has a faux suspension system that is really only to adjust size. Don't trust sellers images. I believe they are using the images from the $50+ model to hock the $30+ model.

My son bought this helmet as a bicycle helmet for his protection when riding a new e-bike he purchased. The bike shop looked at the helmet at our request to get his opinion on its functionality of this helmet as a bike helmet. The person whom we was working with inspected the helmet an said that that its padding was incredibly thin for a bike helmet. Because of this he highly recommended that we check that we see if the helmet had a Bicycle Safety Certification. After doing an extensive search for a bicycle safety certification. I was unable to find any kind of Safety Certification from any kind Safety organization. Because of there was no bicycle safety certification the e-bike sales person said to definitely “NOT†wear this helmet as a safety helmet, especially for riding an e-bike. The company bills this helmet as for Air-soft, Skateboarding, and Bicycling. Without any independent testing and certification this helmet is not suitable and not recommended for wear as a safety equipment helmet. The padding is just to thin and, if worn it is better than nothing, but wear at your own risk. As for my son he jumped the gun and now has a nice cosplay helmet.

It’s decent for the price and comes with a clear visor great for airsoft. It looks the part and all parts functioned but it didn’t fit my head very well. I don’t know if there are other sizes but mine felt small, probably good for kids but not for me. Do your research before jumping at the first good looking piece.

This was a Christmas present for a 12 year old boy who loves to play Nerf wars so we thought this would fit right into those wargames.Authentic look to expensive helmets, light in weight not like heavy metal helmets, a pull down eye visor that snaps back into place when not needed, loads of velcro patch mounts so you can easily customize with your own patches, standard 3 point harness that is found on typical bike helmets, a front camera mount, honestly there is nothing wrong with this at all…it has every single feature we wanted.Our child loves this helmet. Gives the feeling like being on a battlefield playing against dad Nerf Dart or Nerf Rival !There seems to be a lot of confusion on the size of this helmet in how it might fit an adult.((( ((( LET'S EASILY PUT THAT TO REST ))) )))The product listing has an actual length ( 22 cm ) and width ( 17cm ) size displayed, this may not help many of us who cannot measure our own head in this same way.So what I did was to measure my own head circumference with a fabric tape measure and I got a full length of 59cm.Now I put this helmet on and I can say from my own measured head circumference, I can get this helmet on my head but it is tight. Basically zero wiggle room. Personally if this were for me that 59 circumference mark I would consider this too tight.Next I measured my child who this is for in the exact same manner as I measured myself, their head circumference is 53cm. Upon having my child try this on, this helmet fits perfectly.With a quick internet search I found typical male/female/my child’s age head circumference.Adult male - 56 cm - 61 cmAdult female - 53 cm - 59 cm12 year old - 53 cm averageSo from all of the above I would say this can fit the average adult female. It will perfectly fit my child as said. I would suggest an adult male head circumference " too tight " point at 58 cm. Overall male or female if you generally like a " loose " helmet then I could even suggest a 56 cm or a 57 cm being a cutoff point for you.This also does include those little foam pads we can put inside the helmet just as standard bike helmets come with so we can adjust the head fit.If you are looking to purchase this I would strongly suggest to measure the head circumference of the person who this is for. If you do not have a fabric tape measure just tape a couple sheets of paper together, use that, measure and mark it, then measure that out flat. Easy peasy !For our own use of this helmet, it is 110% perfect and I'd order it again if I need !Helpful, is how I hope you find my review

Helmet is great, obviously plastic not kevlar but lightweight and does the trick. Everything legit works came fast and very good price.

Good quality for the price, might get a different one to fit my style better, the built in visors are pretty useless unfortunately because they aren’t built up to Airsoft standards and most fields don’t allow you to use just that in case you have issues with the helmet.
