This is the second time I've purchaed one of these. Super easy to install and use. On/off is well marked and the knobs hold up well to daily use. Would buy again!

The splitter housing is solid - no issues there, and the hose connects with the washers fit perfectly. The problem I had out of the box was all four knobs were stuck and I could not turn them by hand. Tried to turn one with a pair of pliers and it broke (and didn't turn!). I ended up soaking in hot water, then sprayed lubricant in and around the knob to get them to finally turn some. Once I got them moving and used more lubricant, it helped. Overall very good except for the sticking knobs

I bought this in 2020. It didn’t make it 2 yrs. And i removed it for the winter. Not sturdy. With 4 hoses attached, this takes a fair amount of torque on the main connection. The main connection is two brass flanges less than 2mm thick. Brass is a soft metal. Sheared off. Too bad. Takes a lot of heat to pour molten brass into a mold. Hardware like this used to last a dozen years.

I'm hoping this item will last for years to come and not leak around the valve (because its made of plastic) --- Unlike the green and black ones (that I purchased last yr) but did not last no more than a month or so (they started leaking around the turn off valve).

This product was much needed. We needed this for multiple hoses, one of which is hooked up to a water mister and it works great!!

Took me a while to set it up - unfortunately too late to send back! None of the valves that are supposed to turn on and off work properly - they all leak. Worst of all though - so does the tap connector, so water is pouring everywhere all the time. I used the PTFE tape but the leaks continued. Total waste of money.
