These ring molds are a quality product and can certainly be found in a commercial kitchen or bakery. From baking and cooking to plating these will stand up very well in the home or in production. I was fortunate to find these in a local shop first, so I knew the stainless steel would be a heavier gauge then most products designed for the home cook. The welded seam has been ground and polished smooth so food particles will not get trapped is tiny spaces.I look forward to having these for many years to come. I am so impressed with the quality I decided to purchase other shapes for some up coming special occasions.

I love Ateco products but they sent me the wrong part. The first time I ordered I picked the wrong one. 4953. My bad so I ordered again this time making sure I ordered the 4941 but they sent me another 4953. I went to return it and this product has a no return policy. I attempt to return it as a wrong item I cannot open a case. I an a writer for craft magazines and I wanted to feature this in a design I have developed. Well it's not going to happen if a can't get the correct item.

I could wish these were a little less expensive, because I'd like to have more of them. They are fairly heavy gauge stainless steel. Tough enough to actually bake in (assuming you're using a thick batter that won't run out under the ring too badly. In fact, they're thick enough that I I don't think it'll be too easy to use them as cutters (but I haven't tested that yet). I bought them to make individual desserts (layered cakes, etc.) and so far they seem like everything I need (except maybe a round cutter in exactly the same dimensions.

These are perfect - just what I need to make the new pancake craze - Japanese style pancakes! Theyare diverse and I can use them for other things like making nouveau salads, mini cakes!
