I purchased this specifically to hoist a ham radio wire antenna to the top of a mast (through a pulley) and it has held up to the weather very well (I live in the Arizona desert and we get our share of sunshine). No damage or weather related fraying yet!

I cut this down into a bunch of ~8' pieces to string up some trees I planted. It seems very sturdy, has held up to sun and rain very well, if you're looking to use it outdoors. This was the cheapest I found rope, will buy this again should I ever need more.

Smooth, easily cut to size and frayed ends sealed with heat. Seems very serviceable.
