Really no negatives thus far. Very sturdy. Dinner table or couch desk both uses work well. Also has a lip around the perimeter in case you spill something. Kinda a pain to fold flat. Height adjustment is fairly easy and has a lock. If only it came in wood tones

Although there were no assembly instructions, because I have put together many items over the years, I was able to do it once I looked at the photo on line. I assume other people would have an issue with it. Other than that, I really like this table, its the perfect size; a bit smaller than a different one I have so it fits perfectly where I want it for my sewing machine. Nice and sturdy. It would make a good lap top table

Not bad but not a great working surface as the frame isn't very strong so any pressure placed on the tabletop, such as writing on it, tends to make it wobble around a bit.

I made the mistake of ordering this one, instead of one I thought I added. These Mfs shipped this tv tray nearly immediately, and I was unable to cancel the order. This tray it NOT quick to set up like a wooden one. It's effective in design but dumb. There are better ways to build a tv tray that is faster to put up and take down. Fml

Keep in mind that this is a $33 table. The table top is thicker and sturdier than I expected and a really nice size. I like the adjustable height. It takes a little bit of strength and finesse to fold it but not too much. Perfect for my RV.
