First off, I received this item much quicker than expected. I love this product. I only wish I would have purchased it sooner. I am a massage therapist in a gym and bought it with the intention to drown out extra noise (T.V., exercise machines, people talking) during massage treatments. It works like a dream! Actually, I have found that my clients are far more relaxed and fall asleep now. It is totally worth the money. The white/pink noise drowns out all the other sounds. Now I need to get one for home to ensure a good night's sleep.

I bought this for another one of our offices. The IT guys were very happy to get this model. So I would suggest, if it made the IT guys happy, it must be a really good product. ( Our IT guys are hard to please)!

Product was great when working, but failed after about 3 months of use. Eventually, I found the warranty department for the manufacturer. I sent the product back via UPS express. After 2 weeks, I had to contact them again and they claimed they "misplaced" the product but found it and confirmed it was defective and would replace it per their 3 year warranty. I have now followed up 3 times over the subsequent 3 weeks. Each time I ask, could you send me a tracking number, they have said, "sorry for the delay, your replacement is being sent today." Liars.

We use this unit exclusively for sound masking projects. Very compact and has its own power supply. We use 70v speakers that are tapped and this unit has handled up to 10 speakers so far on our last project. Typically we will use a single 70v volume control to adjust the speaker level while leaving the amp volume at a preset level. Pink or white noise...take your pick.

Not sure how many stars to give. I searched for noise cancellation speakers and this came up. I was interested in active noise cancellation for reduction of ambient noise. This product is described as "sound conditioning." I don't know what it means. It is a white and pink noise generator. Build quality seems good but it was not what I was looking for.

It works great but seems to have a random crackle in the sound every once in awhile. Seems to have stopped for now.
