I was initially skeptical about ordering this air hockey table after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m glad I took the chance. It arrived in great condition, with no damage like others mentioned. It works perfectly, and my family absolutely loves it! The lights are a fun addition, making games even more exciting. One thing to note is it’s extremely heavy. It took four people to move it to our family room. The table did come in gray, which I was happy about, but just a heads-up if you’re expecting black like it might look in the picture, this isn't the one for you. Gray worked perfectly for me, so no complaints there! It was very easy to assemble, great quality and the size is perfect. Makes your space looks exactly like a arcade.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Terrible customer service. I have been trying to contact this company for over a year. They will not respond to any emails or messages and I have left several.The it does not keep score and lights stopped working after one month . Spent $978.74 on this and at this point, its just taking up space.

Table is nice, big, lights look cool. However, for the price we were expecting better quality. Where the puck hits inside it's all made of cheap particle board. In just a few months I already had to super glue some pieces and paint a few others. Doesn't look very nice after only a year. Also it's extremely heavy and hard to move around. The Game Room is on the 2nd floor, so it won't be a nice experience when it has to be replaced (soon).

Because of a few bad reviews, we ALMOST did NOT order. SUPER GLAD we took a chance!!! Nothing broken. Lots of STYROFOAM around product. Was easy to assemble--took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble by our son and 21 year old grandson. You assemble it in packaging--upside down; then FLIP it over. Therefore, it was nice to have 4 people (one on each corner to FLIP. ) Board to play on is very WHITE with a little bit of grey and a little bit of RED The LIGHTS running around 4 sides of board ALL worked and are LOTS OF Colors. The counter around working board looks like Brown Mahogany wood and same for LEGS. Good looking -- NOT CHEAP looking at all. Love the ARCHED scoreboard standing TALL. IT is EASY to read score. Did not like some that scoreboard was FLAT on SIDE ofcountertop around playing board. I did come with a FEW pads if you NEED to LEVEL. We didn't need.2 red Pucks and 2 red Pushers One RED PUSHER with lights One BLUE PUSHER with lights plus2 WHITE PUCKS with lights.If you don't put this product by the wall, you need an EXTENSION CORD. Evaluate your room and decide the length of cord so you have available.We have ALREADY played a few rounds.. LOVE----LOVE

LED pucks and handles stopped lighting up after two uses , contacted Amazon and they said I had to contact vender, Vender makes it hard to contact them will not answer phone or e-mails

I purchased quarter inch self adhesive clear plastic edge guard from a local hardware store like HD and installed it all around the edge to protect when the puck hits the grey wall. I have had this for 2 years now and there is no cracking due to this modification. Without this modification, you will end up with an ugly machine.

We purchased this table because the online description and pictures stated that it was black. We wanted it to match the other pieces in our game room. After receiving our order, we found out the product description and pictures were wrong. The table does not come in black, it only comes in gray. Several of the pieces were also damaged or had scratches. This item is impossible to get back into the box to return, as it is huge and extremely heavy and was delivered on a freight truck. Through several conversations with Amazon and the manufacturer, it's looking like they won't stand behind their product and product description mistake. They will also not send us replacement parts for the damaged pieces. We spent a long time saving up for this and are incredibly disappointed.
