Worked perfect! Fit in with no issues, just added some grease on the ball-socket area by the retaining clips, on the fork where it meets the slide bearing, and the indentation for the slave-cylinder rod. Took 2 minutes to install once the other part was removed through the side of the transmission case. No need to pull the transmission.Excellent fit for my 1995 F450 Ford super Duty / zf5 transmission/ 7.5L -460ci

The photos show the condition of the fork after about 100 miles of use. I had to remove the transmission due to a leak but I was glad I did after noticing the condition of the fork. Would have undoubtedly failed completely or at the very least damaged the throw out bearing. This was used with a standard organic South Bend clutch.

The spring clip that holds it in was bent wrong had to bend it a lot to make it work not really impressed questionable quality

Junk , the ears that hold the fork to the ball stud broke when I applied pressure to the fork .
