So, after 10+years, my Dyson upright vac died. I was not looking to spend $400-$600 for a new vac. I wanted something light weight, bagless and with a filter. This little vac seemed to have it all. Used it last weekend and worked great. Simple assembly of hose, wand and attachments. Good suction. I did have to empty dust bin mid-way; it is a small bin. The regular floor brush could be improved. Brush is hard and holds dust, which has to either be pulled off the brush, or suctioned off frequently. Maybe brush softens with use. So far, I am pleased; we’ll see how it holds up/performs over time.

It was on sale for 95 and I took a chance. Ended up being $104 on my doorstep.. It performs great on my wood floors. Tons of suction I would highly recommend if you have all solid surface floors.. no need to spend 500 in a Miele. I haven’t tried it on carpet. But with the suction it has it should spin the brush roll fine.. and everyone knows if your hardcore about vacuuming on carpet you need an electric powered head anyway..

I needed a lighter weight vacuum cleaner and this is what I chose after much research. I'm glad I bought it so far. Only been used a few times but so far very good for my needs. Has a power brush attachment for carpets which helps although uprights are still better at carpets. I can't deal with the weight of the upright now. You also get regular attachment for floors which works very well with 2 options on it, 1 bare and 1 with felt edge. Also get crevice brush, brush for upholstery. Also the long tube is metal and it telescopes for easy storage. You can also adjust the strength of suction for curtains or delicate items to. You can purchase replacement filters from manufacturer, just contact them. So far very happy with this vacuum. My only suggestion to Artix is that the cord button should be black and the on/off pedal silver (reversed). The cord is retractable also and both cord and on/off are large oblong buttons you can push with your foot if needed.

A waste of money. It worked great at first. After the first empty of the canister it no longer had good suction .

This was exactly what I was looking for! A compact, lightweight cannister vacuum cleaner. It's easy to maneuver, and the tools attach nicely to the pole. Love the long powercord and push button rewind! And very easy to empty the bagless dirt collector!

I have all hard wood floors. Works well. Picks up pet hair on my furniture. Compact. Needs a handle so you can pick it up while in storage position.

Upright vacuums are harder to maneuver especially with arthritis. This canister vacuum had plenty of suction and not to heavy to lift. Easy cleaning of surfaces and the vacuum itself.Only criticism is carpet attachment which is weak, I use my Shark upright for that; and the thin crevice nozzle is too short. The nose needs to be 2 inches longer. For the price I am very satisfied.

Power head is air powered. So not very powerful. It only really works pushing it forward. When pulling the head back towards you can feel the power is much much weaker. And after 3 uses the power head has become very weak. Not sure if the filter is a bit plugged making the suction weaker... but even if that is the case i shouldn't have to clean the filter after 3 uses. Pass on this product.

I purchased to use on our hard floors which didn't disappoint. It works well on hard floors and not as good on carpets. This type of vaccum does not roll as well as the older style cannisters. I find it easier to pick up the cannisters while I vacuum as I don't want to be pulling on the hose and it is light enough to do this. It is easy to clean out debris and wash out filters. I would recommend for hard floors.
