This machine is a good value and it works well for us. The controls are simple and the set up is intuitive. We get at least a dozen telemarketer and scam callers here every day. This thing really upsets them. I mean just how many Medicare plans , burial insurance policies, window installations and home / auto extended warranties do I need? Legitimate callers usually laugh at the message and leave their number for a callback. I can suggest this as an almost perfect outgoing message for those that call you. It is short , to the point and not insulting to those you want to talk to. " You have reached ( Insert your number here). Leave your number and we / I will call you back. Telemarketers? Scams? DO NOT bother. " We love this little machine.

The machine does not shut off when the phone is picked up. The instructions say that if the machine does not shut off when the phone is picked up the machine can be stopped by clicking the phone. I have not tried that because I am afraid of hanging up on the caller.

We’ve bought AT&T products before and this one we’ve had as well. it’s a great little machine, it’s very small but does the job and is very easy to set up and program, just read the easy instructions. I think anybody can use it -my 93-year-old mom loves it

This is the second machine purchased. The first lasted at least 20 years. Hopefully this one will last as long. It is extremely easy to set up. Works wonderfully. Great product.

This is a good small answering machine that is easy to set up and use. Simple instructions are easy to follow.Sound quality could be a bit better but it is still worth it. We got it faster than expected and the package was in excellent condition since it travelled from the United States to Toronto Canada.

I tried to set up the answering machine and there was no power cord in the box.
