I use paracord for so many things and this is a super useful practical tool that stores a lighter tinder zip ties or anything else you wanna stick inside the compartment and comes with a cutting tool its awesome I highly recommend to buy 1 and try it

A handy tool for holding great amounts of cordage at hand. Fits in the pocket and can hold another source for fire in the compartment in the core. Large spools hold 550 cord and a large Bic, the smaller a mini-Bic fits with room left over. Add a knife and it provides the basis for a very primitive emergency kit that fits in the pocket.

It's handy. You'll need to attach a string or make a lanyard so you don't loose the cap. Also the cap kinda has a weak snap about it so if you're in the opening and closing the lighter compartment often it wouldn't take long and the cap won't stay secure. But I'm using mine in an emergency kit and not daily use so works for me. Overall, yeah I recommend.

Holds a lot of 550 cord, put 50 feet on mine just to have some extra rope with me and had a little hidden compartment for a Bic lighter too, it’s able to hold both sides of the rope and has a little cutter on it too. Great for fire starting or holding down your tarp or tent. Fast shipment and great seller.

Tangle-free storage of 550 cord , integrated cord cutter, integrated cord lock, integrated storage for a full-size butane lighter and some additional small items, tight fitting lid for the storage compartment. There is a hole in one wing of the bottom next to the compartment opening and a hole in the compartment lid that are big enough to use Atwood Micro or any other 1.18 mm cord to secure the lid to the rest of the Ready Rope unit.There is only one complaint, and that's the blade is not replaceable.

I like how sturdy it is and especially the lighter hole. Took me a while to put my own rope on it so I may buy with rope next time. The cutter and line holder work well so it makes it perfect for keeping in a vehicle. I use 550 cord a lot and this is the best way I've found to store it.
