Well, I find this mixer easy to use, and was surprised to fi d that when connected to my computer it powers on when the computer does. It is also capable of recording directly to a usb flashdrive and I love the fact that I can hook up headphones to it to monitor my recordings.

Overall, I really like this mixer. I've dealt with a lot of pro mixers (Soundcraft, Midas, Yamaha) and prosumer mixers (Behringer, Mackie)... and this isn't one of those. :-) I thought it was more of a toy. And I was wrong!This mixer has all of the basic goodies- gain adjust on all channels, simple EQ, one aux send/return, an effects bus, pan left/right (output is assumed stereo), PFL isolation for tuning gain structures, plus some bonus features- a built-in MP3 player (can run from a USB flash drive or a USB connection to a computer), or you can connect a source (like your phone) via BlueTooth.The mic preamps are nothing to get excited about, but they work and sound OK. I did not notice a lot of noise (testing with a SE v7 mic, output to an Alto TX308).My main concern is that all knobs are attached to a circuit board- which is fine, lots of equipment do this to save on space and cost- and you can feel the flex in the knobs/circuit board with a little side-to-side motion on the knobs. Granted, you just have to be careful, but my feeling with other gear built similarly, it's going to be easy to snap off a knob accidentally if one of the knobs is struck with light sideways force.The other issue is that the unit did not come with rubber feet. I've attached some that I had lying around (surplus from other equipment I've purchased over the years). The mixer is very light, and rubber feet would help prevent the unit from being pushed around the table from the weight of the cables.Overall, this mixer is going to be my main mixer in my home rehearsal space so I don't have to set up the band's main PA mixer.

The audio quality of is this mixer is superb. I am a beginner and this is really an advanced level interface that is intimidating for someone my level to even touch. The build is solid, the options and functions are endless. For such a price it is a great value

I know basically nothing as to how to make music and been having a good time learning with this.Positives:-Oddly, USB-C powered, but it works-Zero issues with the slide controls (no static, dropouts)-Knobs rotate smoothly and accurately-14-channel mixer. Able to mix from a bunch of different sources with multiple outputs-99 preset DSP effects with unlimited options to create your own-Can read/write USB devices-Bluetooth connectivity-All of the parts feel well made, the case feels like it should hold up to being moved around a lot.Negatives:-I don't have enough experience with it just yet, to have any negatives.Considerations:-This is a review from a very beginner's perspective and not an audiophile or professional and as such, terminology is likely wrong. It's surprising the quality you get for not too much money these days. This mixer is no exception. It features plenty of inputs and the features you would expect in an analog style mixer such as aux send and return and tri-band eq on each channel. It also includes the digital features we expect these days such as a decent sounding DSP effect processor, and a USB input with a USB audio interface to connect to your computer.
