I have tried a few mixer/audio bags over the past few months and none of them hold a candle to this lovely little bag.I am a solo pianist and use my own stage lighting and audio equipment. I wanted to reduce the number of gig bags I have to lug around and as mentioned, was having no luck with other bags. They were either really flimsy or an inconvenient size for my equipment.This bag is very well made. The main compartment easily holds my mixing board securely and all of the corresponding wires in the pocket above.Now, I do wish the padding on the sides were thicker, as they are a bit thin, but any good technicians know to always add extra padding to every bag when stowing any expensive equipment. So after adding additional extra padding, my board is safe and secure.Having an entire extra compartment to hold microphones, cables, etc is just an added bonus. You also get two nice big pockets on the front of the bag. Every time I looked I swear I found another pocket or zipper for storage.The backpack style straps are also convenient as I need to lug multiple bags so it’s beneficial to get as many as possible at a time.The only thing I would criticize is that the advertising makes this bag look huge. While big and stores a lot, it does have space limitations. Check your measurements of the main equipment you want to use this bag for compared to the dimensions of this bag before purchasing.This is one of the few bags out there that is well made. It functions how I want it to and I’m happy with the product.

Very much wanted a gig bag that would fit extra microphones and a backup mixer with cables, and this does the trick. Lots of storage, a durable outer material suitable for resisting elements and sharp edges, and sufficient padding to give me confidence that my items are protected. It's a keeper!
