The service was fast, and I knew I was taking my chances. So, the 3-star is there for speed of service. And, that I didn't have to wait on return mail ... it was posted for an internet download. HOWEVER... the point of these transfers is not processing speed,but correct speed in the transfer. Timbre of the product was pretty bad. Like a weak signal shortwave broadcast. In their defense, it WAS a 40-year-old reel-to-reel. but, it was professional (broadcast quality) for recording level to begin with. Live and learn. Maybe they're better at video. Also, contrary to the "ad", you have to pay to ship it to them -- they don't supply a mailer, as the ad implies.
