The conductivity of this pan is amazing for induction cooking. I used the 1 quart twice and immediately ordered the 2 quart. Most of my pans are triclad and work great. Carote pans have terrible conductivity and take forever to heat. Hope this helps! Do not hesitate to order! AAAAAA+++++

Great pan for the price! I gave 4 stars because lid and pan handle can get hot. But it cooks evenly. It is very easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the pan. Size was exactly what I was expecting and it's very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend these pans.

I just got my 1 qt. pot a couple days ago and it’s so cute! I have most of the big name brand pots and pans already and I didn’t want to spend $120 for the little one. I must say it’s really nice. It’s perfect for my needs and it’s even stainless steel. I’ll see in time its durability but I have a feeling it’ll be fine.

Looks better than it is. I read mostly 4 and 5 star reviews and only a few that stated the 'stainless steel' was faulty. I own several Hexclad pans and love them but they are costly. I knew this would not be quite as good for 20% of the price but did not realize that it would only be good for one use. I seasoned the pan as required. The FIRST time it was used the SS turned yellow and stained and it looked oily. It felt like a film over the pan which felt more like the 'coating' melted off. It did not clean up either. NOPE. This is cheaply made. I agree that the lid does not fit either.The handle is sturdy and the pan feels substantial enough but the quality of the product is so poor that it is not safe to use. I would not recommend even for the price.

Lightweight, VERY easy to clean. So far nothing has stuck to it. Heats on induction in seconds, not minutes. Really like this pot and recommend it. Too bad they don't have a 5" fry pan - I'd be on that in a second.
