The pants were see through the waist went almost to my daughters chest. Note this items doesn't have free returns $3.66 to return the pants.

The pants that I was sent were way bigger than the measurements that I looked up. I ordered for a child who is just getting into small women's, these pants fit her like a large women's! A belt would not even keep them on her.
