Nice swim shirts. Grandson likes the design and feel of these. Not too constricting. He’s on the cusp of 12 to 14 so went with the smaller size and is comfortable. Colors are bright, washed well and didn’t fade.

I live in sunny climate; during the summer the UV index is often pegged at “11†(the maximum) for many hours. SPF is part of my daily skincare regime, but layers of protection are never a bad thing. Even on days I use sunscreen (every day), if I am out an extended period of time I might get a little telltale pink. Having a sun-shirt that is UPF rated seemed like a good idea.I usually wear natural fabrics (cotton, linen), so these synthetic fabrics take some getting used to; that is me and not the shirt. Slippery, light, appears breathable. I have some long-sleeve shirts, but I really wanted some short-sleeved T's (yes, I realize the sun hits my arms too). I ordered the 15-16 per the size chart; normally ordering adult sizes but I do recognize overlap between large youth and adults. As a comparison, this appears to fit as an Adult-M; a little form fitting but actually looks quite flattering compared to my normally baggy attire.

Comfortable and soft. Loose fit, but the colors faded within the first use.

I washed it once in cold water and it came out super wrinkled! Poor quality!

It's so hard to find a solid color swim shirt for boys- I'm actually grabbing another pack so I can have white and a light blue too- I have so many shorts and no matching tops until i found these! They are sooo soft- my little is active in the sun and this doesn't irritate his skin at all. Also keeps his skin underneath from burning, but its still a lightweight shirt. And it dries quickly!
