Fit my aluminum camping table with about 1 inch x 1 Inch square tubing. I use it at the ocean, which is why I went with stainless steel. Magnet did not stick to it, so I guess it is really stainless.

I wasn’t even sure what these were called, but the ones in the frame of my adjustable gazebo completely rusted out and were unusable. These spring clips were a perfect replacement.

These buttons are not stainless steel; they are strongly attracted to a magnet, and have started to rust from some simple rain before even being exposed to seawater. They would be useless on a paddle used in the ocean, which is the whole reason I bought them. Avoid if you're using them for any wet (or especially salt water) application.
