It's easy to use with comfort grip, and the hook has a 95 degree bend for sliding down the groove of the pegs. Works well with all loom knitting.

I’m very pleased with these hooks. They have great grip, which makes them more comfortable, and are of good quality. I was concerned because they are thicker than my previous hooks, but it’s better because the handles are easier to hold. I was pleased with the price of these 2 hooks.

The tip is sharp and pointed which poked through the plastic package, however this is what makes it a great hook for loom knitting. For yarn that splits or separates it makes it easier for the tip to go into the groove of the loom peg and slide under the yarn keeping the yarn whole rather than splitting into smaller threads. One thing to be careful of is that because it's so pointed you'll need to watch that you don't accidentally split your yarn by putting the tip too close to the yarn before taking it off the peg, make sure you always slide it under the yarn. It also helps if you insert the tip under the thread then turn slightly before pulling the yarn over the loom peg, this helps to keep the pointy tip from catching onto your other yarn on the peg or from accidentally sliding off the hook. The handle is comfortable and helps greatly if you have arthritis, which I have along with carpel tunnel, so it lets me work on my projects longer due to my hands not hurting as much because the handle is comfortable and wide. I tend to hold the hook like a pencil but you can grip the handle with your whole hand if you want or need to knit like this since the length is also longer than the hooks that come with the loom kits. I also tend to be a tight knitter on the looms so I also like the fact that the metal part of the hook is nice and sturdy and doesn't slide, twist, or have the metal end come through the handle, which has happened with the loom hook I received in a Knifty Knitter kit.If you're worried about the pointy tip from a safety standpoint you can put a cork at the end of it or keep it in the plastic package it comes in when you're not using it. The cardboard back of the plastic package slides out so the hook can easily be put back into the package.I've used the hook with Looms from Knifty Knitter, Authentic Knitting Board, and Boye. The hook slides easily into the grooves of the pegs on all those brands. I've used the KB Ergonomic hook for a month or two now and have done a lot of socks, hats, scarves, etc with it and have no complaints about it.

These loom hooks do a good job of grasping the yarn so that you can bring it over the peg, which is necessary for loom knitting. I like the handles as well, they are soft and easier to grip onto and less likely to slip out of your hand than a plastic-handled hook. I also like that two came in the pack because I have a backup when I misplace one of them. I give this purchase a thumbs up!

Much comfier grip than the skinnier handled ones. Definitely causes less pain if you’re prone to that after awhile. I so wish there were other color options, though!

I was hesitant at first about buying these bc why not just figure out a way to make the ones I already have more comfortable..but..I’ve come to find out that these are actually pretty nice to use. The neck is longer than the one I have been using and it has more of a point so it catches my yarn better. The handle at first felt heavy and uncomfortable but I just kept with it and now I actually pick this up more than the other one I have been using. The grip is nice and solid. It feels weird at first but you eventually get use to it. It is well worth the price.

They are comfortable in my hands. I have carpal tunnel and holding a normal size pick made my arms hurt and fingers go numb, with this it’s easy to use and my arms aren’t going numb like they used to. I recommend these!

HIGHLY recommend these hooks!I actually work faster with these. The comfort of the full sized handles make looming so much easier. They are well worth the money. A lot more sturdy than I thought they'd be too.
