Functions exactly as it should. When I got my egt gauge originally someone had cut the harness and wired in another Sensor which is a big no no with this particular gauge. Anyone doing any major Towing with a Diesel knows you don't wanna mess around when it comes to your EGT readings.Solid build quality, the steel braided harness looks like it will take the heat and vibration for a Long time to come.

A must have for autometer egt to work properly. If you have ever shortened the harness then the reading will be off. Expensive piece here but still cheaper than a new gauge

It did not come with the compression fitting as pictured. It does come with other fittings just not the ease of the compression fitting.

The advert doesn't mention that all installation bungs and clamps come with the kit but it works great with my Garret VNT 17/22 Turbo for my VW Bettle.
