I used the metal tool to remove the clips that hold up the heat/sound shield on the underside of my wife's Acadia to replace the windshield spray nozzles. This was the perfect tool for the job and was so much easier than using a pliers or just my hands. It also did the job without destroying the clips or damaging the liner.I haven't used any of the plastic levers to this point, but I do have some other interior work to do soon so I'm sure they'll all be getting used. I'm going with a 4 for now because I simply haven't had enough time to put these tools to the test yet. They seem sturdy for light-duty use though so I'm optimistic going forward. I'd recommend these tools and will update my review once I have had them a bit longer.
