One motor bad out of box and won’t work, instruction said it can be separated in to two parts, it can’t… east of a day trying to get them to work, and money..

Took time to get around to installing it. Turns out window felt was worn and needed replaced. I did however install the power window kit but motor seemed to run slow. That's when i realized the window felt channel needed replaced . after that the power window motor wont run. Now i see i missed the window to get help or return it. I need help please

The instructions for remote motor installation are the worst I have ever seen. A few simple installation tips in their instruction sheets would make a world of different. A little heat from a heat gun when installing hose clamps on poly ethylene hose make a world of difference in securing hose properly....also making a small nipple in guide track where hose slides over helps also....wiring diagram and wire colour do not correspond....no universal brackets or even four lousy hose clamps to secure hose to track....Am still working on wiring, so even though colours of wire and wiring digram do not match, hopefully I can make it all work...
