Loving this cat food dispenser so far! I'm able to set up 6 different meals per the day, and set the portions I want. So far it's working wonderfully!! I've only had it almost 2 weeks. In trying to keep my cats weight good, I don't have to put food out for while I'm at work. He loves his food and would probably eat all of it right at that setting. And, I don't have to get u early in the morning when he's crying for his food, because it will be there for him. Just makes your life a little less hectic while having a cat. Hope it continues to work for many years. I also got the stainless steel plate because from all the research I've done, it's better to have than the plastic because plastic gets scratches so easily and germs can remain in those scratches even though it has been cleaned. Still need to clean the stainless steel plate often though, but that's alright. Vary easy to set up the time and meal portions. It even includes a card with portion info and suggestions for the size of your cat. And very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

This feeder works really well. I love that it's got a battery back up and it's relatively easy to program. It did take me a couple of tries to get the portion sizes right and it still puts a little more in the bowl than my cat eats, but it's nice to not have to worry about forgetting to feed my cat. It's very easy to clean and has lots of room for food.No complaints!

Easy to set up and use. The clock could be more accurate as it's off almost a minute every 2 weeks. Would not be an issue but with 2 cats and two feeders both need to drop food simultaneously. The hopper chute doesn't always drop all the food. It may leave 3-4 bits. If the hopper sat higher and the chute angle increased the food would easily drop. But it's not enough of an issue to return. The cat will survive. Last, I dont think the hopper is removeably to clean separately, but maybe I am not seeing some hidden locking tabs?

I love this automatic feeder it holds a decent amount of food and seems to be built well. It was not alll that hard to set up and it feeds my 2 cats like clockwork. It has lasted though a few.power outages and did not need the food times reset. Would recommend

Easy to program, comes with cheat sheet to make it extra easy. Nice quality, good stainless dishes and battery backup works nicely. Portion sizes are inconsistent at times but not overly worried. Ordered both Wifi and regular due to exceptional value.

I saw many new feeders with required app connection. And many complaints about that too. I didn’t want anything high tech.This is simple and works. My food addicted cat is unable to get at the food inside. I love that it does not make a beeping sound when food is dispensed. The options it provides are excellent. I chose not to use the voice recorder.Minor cons: A dog might be able to figure out how to open the top. Tape, or something heavy placed on top may help.Programming it is lengthy, but as simple as it can get, but then you may not have to adjust it again. The Instructions are great. Beeps all the way through that process are a smidge loud, but comparatively better than other machines.Ants were able to crawl up inside from the dispensing part. A rubber flap with a tight seal would be useful for the manufacturer to add. I resolved this by placing the unit on a large cookie sheet filled with water (makeshift mote).

This feeder works great! Simple to set up and easy to adjust. Haven't had any issues with it so far.

It started working perfectly for a couple of weeks, but later on the cat food obstructed the feeder. It keeps trying to dispense food, but nothing comes out. I escalated the problem to the vendor and he worked out the situation and reimbursed me the cost of the product.
