At first our cat (2.5yrs) wasn’t sure at it, however he got used to it after he went to the bathroom a few times and had to watch it cycle to be completely sure. Easily readable directions. Does stop when it senses the cat touching it too instead of just in it. It’s never started while Ham & Cheese was in it. Good , sturdy, keeps the smell locked in the dump container in back, easy to clean and replace bags in dump container and finally very little noise( I can sleep through plus ham can too).

The app is not good. It will not update but it keeps telling me to do so. I've tried many times. Max time between use and cleaning is 2 minutes. Most clumping litters need more time. Unlike similar boxes, the app does not let you record your cats by name. It just shows the weight and duration of cat box use. Also box disconnects from wifi for no reason. Can not delete device from app in order to try to start over. As far as box itself, it was easy to assemble. Given that the gear track is underneath, it will probably need the container lifted off often to sweep out stray litter. There is a slight more expensive similar box but with gear track on the side. I have it. The app and control options are so much better.

Functions as it should but will not stay connected to WiFi and customer service is non existent. Doesn’t affect functionality but is inconvenient for tracking, which is specifically something I wanted. Also states shipping is two day prime and it absolutely is not. Since I already had two of them and wanted to stick to the same system/one app to control all, I just ordered my 3rd, supposed to be delivered today but hasn’t even shipped yet per the tracking, the others took 5-6 days to arrive as well. I’ll keep these for a year and just spend the money to get better ones next year. If the usage tracking is important to you, do not buy these. If you don’t care about that, they do work pretty well containing smell, decent size and seem sturdy, so far as of a week in. Other brands have better customer service and features for $75-$100 more.

Nice. Large opening for cats to enter without rubbing their back on the top of opening. Very Easy to set up . Automatic cleaning with no waiting. Cleaning is easy. Also, lots of extras like bags and brushes.

I was skeptical because there was hardly any reviews but this is honestly so wonderful, such a big help with cleaning. I know exactly when my cats use it and how long and it automatically cleans it right after they go.

I was so excited for this product. I’ve spent months looking at different brands and products of all different prices ranges. When I finally settled on what I thought was going to be the absolute best litter box for my family. I get this large box delivered on my doorstep that. So happy. Jumping for joy. The box was in good condition. I unboxed the most exciting thing I bought in months. It came pretty completely assembled. Making set up easy. Then there it was. The wind in my sails was at a sudden halt. My heart deflated as the excitement left to find it broken. A larger hole on the plastics where the plastic had punched in.I wanted to love this, I wanted to give this a try but sadly I couldn’t. I have received a refund.

I've never written a review but for the money paid this litter box has some serious inconsistencies and is so incredibly annoying to return.- the cloth at the bottom of the box makes feces and urine stick especially if your cat digs to the bottom to the relieve themselves. I tried so many different litters and didn't find one that worked better- the actual component clings onto the stench of ammonia incredibly bad, even when I cleaned it with an enzyme cleaner and scrubbed it, the scent never left and it always came back- the litter trash can also holds the stench, even if I double bag and clean it daily....- the weight sensor is pretty inaccurate which is whatever but its so sensitive to the amount of litter, regardless if its below the max fill line- cleaning this litter box is actually the most annoying and complicated thing i've ever done. I cleaned it once a week and pouring the litter out from the side openings is so hard and litter ends up getting stuck in there so when you pick it up it goes everywhere. pouring it out from the opening is even harder since it has a lip and you'll never get all the litter out

I just got this litter box. So far it works well. Can't use the app for some reason.Not a big deal for me but seems to be a issue. The reason I got this one is because you can remove and wash. My other one you couldn't do that. Hard to keep clean.Hopefully this one will be the answer.Really to soon to make a judgment call.
