I was able to use it once to test. It was OK. It was hard to get a nice shape to my nail, but if you want to cut your nail way back, it will work great. I can not get it to charge. I have tried multiple blocks and cords. It continually looks like it is charging, never really does charge. I think I will be returning it.

I could not find a way to open the plastic covers. The speed display is not readabe. There is no charge indicator light.Update. Finally got the cover open. You have to press in exactly right spots. The nail slot is narrow and hard to get you nail onto. I was able to reatach the polishing disk that had fallen off.This nail grinder takes several minutes to trim a single nail but does a good job if you have the patience to use it. A nail clipper and nail file does a better job and is much faster. Using a nail clipper I was able to trim all my nails in a fraction of the time the grinder did just one.Follow up: I just received a full refund from the seller, Workinggood-US. Thank you.

I came back to edit this review, I used it in my one year old granddaughter and it was effortless. She loved it too! I bought this for a client of mine who has can't operate normal nail clippers due to hand weakness caused by a stroke. With this she can do her nails all by herself with no trouble and has gained a little independence from this little device. She really loves the nail polisher part so she can get her nails as nice as possible. This is great for people with challenges with nail trimming and everyone else too.

The nail clipper/grinder do work but only if your nails are long and broken. If your nails are short forget

Even at the most powerful level, this does not trim any nails. the polisher works to help file down and give a nice polish. but the nail clipper is absolutely useless and a waste of money. I was planning on using this for my elderly folks who have trouble cutting their nails, but I tested it prior to giving it to them. Couldn't cut anything. Garbage.

I absolutely love using this to cut my toddler's nails! It feels much safer compared to normal nail clippers, as there’s no risk of cutting too much or harming him. This upgrade has made the process stress-free and comfortable for both of us. Highly recommend it for parents with young children!
