Always difficult to write a review within a couple of weeks of purchase. But, having just installed it, using the double sided adhesive, instead of the Clip, I will say, it’s very adhesive and I would have liked to receive a second adhesive pad, in case I need to move or re-adjust the unit. It was otherwise, pretty easy to set up, once you establish the correct angle on the top of your Aquarium hood. Easy to understand instructions, simple functionality, and so far, feeding properly. I like the simplicity of having a choice of two different intervals, as also to manually feed my fish.

I WAS GONE FOR 10 DAYS AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY. KEPT IT ON FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER TO KNOW FOR SURE THAT IT HAD BEEN RUNNING ASIDE FROM THE OBVIOUS THAT ALL OF MY FISH SURVIVED. MAKE SURE YOUR TOP WILL WORK WITH IT, OTHERWISE IT WAS PERFECT. HOLDS PLENTY OF FOOD, NO SPILLAGE. IT JUST TURNS AND DROPS THE FOOD WITH THE SETTING YOU DESIRE.

The feeder is great, easy to program, large hopper for food, and easy to adjust the amount you want to feed your fish. I was not able to use the clamp, it is a 120 Oceanic tank with very thick trim. I used the glue disk on the center support and it works well. I have a very bratty fish who ruined 2 other feeders by splashing them to "get food." Since I installed this one, no splashing!I am very happy with this feeder!

Directions were unclear and confusing on how to set up the feeder. Mine was also a 24 hour clock unlike the one that was advertised on the box. This is how to set up the feeder:1. Set the time: hold the setting button down until the hour flashes. Set the hour using either the up or down button, then press the setting button again to lock in the hour time and move onto the minutes. When you are finished press the feed button or finger symbol to lock in the time2. Set the first feeding time: press the setting gear button again until the hour and the first box is blinking. Then you can change the time for the first feed using the up or down button and then press the setting button to lock in the time and move onto the minutes. Once you set the hour and the minute, press the setting symbol again. Only the first box should be flashing. Use the up button to set how many times you want the barrel to roll to dispense the food at that specific set time. Set that by pressing the setting button to go to the next box. You can set up to 4 rotations per feed. ( Example if it is set to feed at 12pm and you select 2 in the box, the barrel will rotate twice to dispense the food at that minute.) Repeat this process for each time you want to feed your fish and when you have completed press the feed button to lock in the settingBattery life and functionality: I purchased the battery operated one before I went away for two weeks and it lasted through our entire vacation. I came home to healthy fish and I am pleased to report I haven't had to manually feed my fish since! Batteries are still running strong. I like that you can adjust the opening for how much you want to be released and I feel like it has helped us avoid over feeding the fish and keeping the tank clean.

Yes, you heard right. I put about 20 crickets in this thing and snapped off the little guard to make sure the crickets come out. I love that you can set it to spin multiple times and at different times of the day. It's super easy to program. I suggest using the manual button to check how much food is released to ensure you aren't over- or under-feeding. It's rechargeable, and I haven't run out of power yet; it's been over a month. For the programming options alone it is worth double the price. Saved our trip!

Super awesome! Reliable and looks good... only issue is how it clips to the aquarium that makes it impossible to keep the top lids square to the tank.

Helaas geen fijn product voor mij. Er is in de dagen dat we weg waren veel te veel voer in het aquarium gegaan terwijl we de kleinste opening hadden gebruikt. De tijdschakelaar werkt wel perfect.
