Unfortunately, this came with a banged up box, no instruction book, what appears to be used plumbers tape, and not a rubber seal in sight. I was hoping this would be a winner, but it falls short! Coming with a chip already in it was a let down also!

This glass rinser looks very nice but that is where the pros end. This rinser was very cheaply made and the black coating was scratched off in a few places when I opened the box. The PTFE tape was almost see-through, and I would not trust it to stop the hose from leaking. The description did not mention the countertop thickness that it supported, and it did not fit my 1.5" thick countertop. The supply hose could not screw on enough to prevent the hose from leaking. Everything about this rinser felt cheap and I cannot recommend it at all. For $30 I expected a lot better build quality. DO NOT BUY THIS.
