It puts out a pretty good stream for cooking and cleanup. I wouldn't plan on villing gallon containers. I was thinking I would swap it for the cap during travel, with the nozzle flipped down it seems pretty durable. Worth the low cost

Pros:1. Versatility: The pump's compatibility with various water container sizes (5, 4.8, 3.5, and 3.2 gallons) is incredibly convenient. It fits well on different bottles, making it adaptable to various camping situations.2. Touch Control: The automatic touch control is a game-changer in camp hygiene. It allows for easy, hands-free operation, which is especially useful when your hands are dirty from outdoor activities or food preparation.3. Portability: The foldable helical design is brilliant for camping. It takes up minimal space in my backpack and is lightweight, making it perfect for both car camping and backpacking trips.4. Rechargeable Battery: The Type-C rechargeable feature is fantastic. A full charge lasts for several days of regular use, eliminating the need for disposable batteries and reducing waste.5. Water Conservation: The controlled flow helps conserve water, which is crucial when camping in areas with limited water sources.6. Ease of Use: Setting it up on water containers is straightforward, and the operation is intuitive. It's been reliable in various weather conditions.Cons:1. Limited to Specific Container Sizes: While it works with several sizes, it may not fit all types of water containers, which could be limiting for some campers.2. Charging in Remote Areas: If on extended trips, finding a power source to recharge might be challenging, though this is mitigated by its long battery life.Overall Experience:This water pump has significantly improved my camping experience. For dish washing, it provides a steady stream of water that makes cleaning efficient and hygienic. The touch control means I'm not constantly turning a pump on and off, which is especially appreciated when dealing with greasy cookware. For drinking water, it's been a revelation. No more awkward tilting of heavy water containers or accidental spills. The controlled flow makes it easy to fill water bottles and cooking pots without waste.I've found it particularly useful during group camping trips. The ease of use means everyone, including kids, can access water without struggle or mess. It's also been great for hand washing, adding an extra layer of hygiene to our campsite. The portability factor cannot be overstated. Its compact size means I can bring it on backpacking trips where every ounce counts. The foldable design protects it from damage during transport.

It seems to work fine with their own proprietary containers, but I’m not sure if it works with any others. It doesn’t work with arguably the most common brand, Sceptre.

Fits my water container that looks like the ones pictured and works great. Love the flip up spigot! Makes it very streamlined.

I have several 5 liter sized water containers we sue when camping or during emergencies (power outages etc) and these make life a little easier because we don't have to tilt the containers to pour water or use a plastic spigot that ends up leaking all over the place. These just fit right in the spigot hole and ha a tube that goes down to the bottom of the container (long tube that can be cut to fit) once you have charged the pump and put it in place you just press a button and get water in seconds. It's quite and works well. I can even add a inline filter to the end of the tube and use it to filter water during emergencies.

I found this doesn't fit on my 5 gallon primo water jug with the rubber cover on the mouth but might if I could get that cover off the mouth of the jug. I imagine it would fit something with a little smaller opening. It does come with a couple different size tubes that you put in your bucket or jug of water and it pumps the water right up. It came charged and ready to use. It does come with the charging cable too. I like that the spout flips down so it isn't as likely to get damaged when traveling with it. I was able to hold the pump over the just of water, press the button with a finger and hold my cup I was filling in the other hand. Press once and the pump comes on. Press again and it turns off. It is a little noisy though.

When you go camping or just on a picnic, one of the challenges is accessing your water, mechanical pour spouts are OK but this electric one is at the next level. It attaches easily to most water jugs… this is the one I use (https://amzn.to/4acKzxf) and I typically put a wash basin below the spout and a simple touch on the top and water is flowing. A simple touch to stop it. I couldn’t believe how much of difference it made just cleaning up or getting a glass of water or filling a kettle. You really have to try it to know. I highly recommend this product.
