Installation Steps:
Clean the Surface of Tailpipe
- Clean the dirt and sand on your tailpipe with penetrating oil and a shop rag.
- Do not clean the surface of the tailpipe after the car just went out
Putting the Exhaust Tip On
- Unscrew the screws, and then slide the exhaust tip into the tailpipe.
- If necessary, use automotive grease to lubricate the pieces.
Fasten with M6 Allen Key
- Secure the exhaust tip by tightening screws or clamps. Extra welding will be a good safeguard if you think it's not tightened enough.
Done
- Installation is completed.
- Check if it is tightened to avoid loosening and falling off.
Note: Only fit for 2.5 inch tailpipes, please make sure the outer diameter of your vehicle tailpipe is between 2.5" before purchase

This is a very nicely made SS tip for the cost, I just found it to be a bit undersize. Granted....my Nissan Frontier had a slightly oversize OD, but even-so, I had to reduce the inside diameter of this tip to properly fit the over-axle pipe on my truck, by quite a bit. I have the tools and ability to do that, but not a simple bolt-on for a person that only has a 10mm wrench.

I would not buy this item. The metal changes color with hot temperatures. Mine turn a gold color over time. I was at the beach for several days and it developed rust spots on it. It's supposed to be chrome plated and stainless steel. I have bought two. I hoped it was a just a bad pipe, but the second one did the same thing. I'm returning both.

Well, I've only had these on a month, so I can't tell you if they're going to rust through quickly or not. The did come well packaged, and well painted. Went on easily and the hardware seems of good quality. Overall, I'm happy with the look and quality.
